Hjörtur’s amazing gaits made him a fabulous competition horse in the United States, scoring over seven in tolt competition as well as in the high sixes in four gait competition. Though retired from competition now, his offspring are starting to make their competition debuts.

His offspring have well separated gaits and lots of soft tolt and tend to be willing and cooperative partners both on and off the competition track. As more of his offspring start their careers we cannot wait to see how they progress.
