On and Offsite Clinics
We offer a variety of clinics throughout the year in order to keep us all fresh educated and energized. Our clinicians are all top experts from across the country and around the world. These two and three day intensive training sessions are a great way to work on both horse and rider, learn something new, deepen our understanding, meet other members of the Icelandic community and develop a bond with our horses. In addition, our very own trainers Caeli Cavanagh and Alex Venable travel around the country teaching and training. The focus of the clinic is entirely the choice of the hosting farm. Do your riders want a fun introduction to Liberty Work? An intensive Seat Clinic? A Knapamerki (Icelandic Riding Badge) focused intensive weekend with testing? A dressage focused gait training workshop? Learn about doing Working Equitation with Gaited Horses? Or maybe you want something completely different! Caeli and Alex would love to work with you to suit your riding group's educational needs and interest.
Do you have a group of riders who would like to come and do an intensive workshop at our farm? We offer two day private clinics for just your group. The topic is up to you and will be customized to your group and needs.

Caeli Cavanagh: $1000/day plus lodging and travel
Alex Venable: $800/day plus lodging and travel

Adult Camp
Its not fair that only kids get to have all the summer fun! Take some time off this summer and join us for Adult Summer Camp -- a week long getaway featuring world-class riding lessons, and horsey arts and crafts fun just 30 minutes south of Portland!
Each day will begin with a private riding lesson with internationally-certified trainer and teacher Caeli Cavanagh. While you aren’t riding you will be having fun with the other campers watching riding lessons, doing arts and crafts and socializing with your fellow campers! In the afternoon we will do a group workshop or activity on a different topic each day such as Working Equitation, drill team, liberty work or a trail ride in the beautiful local Crystal and Bob Riley trail system.
